Università Iuav di Venezia and Università oer Stranieri of Siena invite scholars to submit contributions for a multidisciplinary workshop exploring the complex relationships between animals, landscape and thermalism in antiquity and beyond.
The workshop aims to bring together archaeological, historical, anthopological, environmental, and design-orientes perspectives to investigate how thermo-mineral waters have shaped human-animals interactions across time.
Also, this seeks to expand the discussion by including both ancient and contemporary perspectives, as well as theoretical and applied approaches.
The workshop is funded by the CADMO Project.
