Between 29th and 30th January 2025, a new colloquium on the discoveries made in the village of San Casciano dei Bagni will be held in the Aula Magna Virginia Woolf of the Universitá per stranieri di Siena, with interesting and new contributions.
The workshop, organised by the researcher J. Tabolli, scientific coordinator of the archaeological excavations at the site, will discuss questions about the Etruscan and Roman bronze pieces found there, such as inscriptions, figurines, anatomical votive offerings, etc., as well as the role of archaeology in the cultural heritage and the future of San Casciano dei Bagni.
